They are situated adjacent to one other, in a row, on the coast of the Gdańsk Bay, Baltic Sea, in Pomerelia (Pomeranian Voivodeship), northern Poland.

At 16, after leaving college, they formed Tricity, named after the brand of electrical appliances.

Eugeniusza Kwiatkowskiego (Trasa Kwiatkowskiego) – is a highway in Gdynia named after Eugeniusz Kwiatkowski linking the Port of Gdynia to the Tricity beltway (Obwodnica Trójmiejska) and therefore A1 motorway.
