Like all Sine Novela installments, Trudis Liit is based on a movie; this one made in 1963, starring Lolita Rodriguez, Luis Gonzales, Bella Flores and Vilma Santos.
Among his most memorable performances were in 1962 film Kaming Mga Talyada, where he played gay with matinee idols the late Juancho Gutierrez and Jose Mari Gonzales, and Trudis Liit with Vilma Santos.
She is known for playing the title role of Gertrudis "Trudis" Capili in Trudis Liit, GMA Network's latest Sine Novela installment.
