Airport Road is the main road to the airport and a road connection from Tung Chung and Hong Kong International Airport in Chek Lap Kok, Hong Kong.
Islands District currently consists of 21 members, of which the district is divided into 10 constituencies, electing a total of 10 with 8 ex-officio members who is the Peng Chau, Lamma North, Tung Chung, Lamma South, Tai O, Lantau South, Mui Wo and Cheung Chau rural committee chairmen and 3 members appointed by the Chief Executive.

Located near Princess Margaret Hospital, it provides 1372 psychiatric beds and serves the population of Kowloon, Kwai Chung, Tsing Yi, Tsuen Wan, Tung Chung and Outlying Islands.
On 1st February, 2002, the day of the opening of Tsing Yi North Coastal Road, the North Bridge was connected and became the main path from Tsuen Wan to Tung Chung on Lantau Island and the International Airport in Chek Lap Kok.
However, these Tung Chung Line trains do not stop at Airport.
MTR anticipated that the opening of the Disneyland Resort and Ngong Ping 360 would have an increase in passenger demand and therefore ordered four new trains for Tung Chung Line.
