Giovanni Battista Ignoffo (born April 3, 1977 in Monreale) is an Italian professional football player who currently plays for Siracusa.
During the 2011-12 season, headed by coach Andrea Sottil, at his first season into Professional Football, Siracusa actually won the Lega Pro Prima Divisione by earning more points than any other team in that year.

In 1994–95, despite serious financial troubles, Siracusa almost reached promotion to Serie B under head coach Giuliano Sonzogni, losing on playoffs to Avellino.
Born in Bellinzona, Switzerland, but originary from Giulianova, Giampaolo is a former midfielder who played for several Serie C teams, including Giulianova Calcio, Gubbio, Licata and Siracusa, before to make his Serie B debut for Fidelis Andria in 1995.
