When Bun B's UGK partner, the late Chad "Pimp C" Butler, entered a jail sentence on an aggravated gun assault charge in 2002, Bun B made guest appearances on numerous albums by other rappers and released a 2005 mixtape titled Legends.
Collaborations with UGK, Trae and Yo Gotti were also announced, but do not appear on the final tracklist of the album.
Growing up and to this day Rashad says he listens or listened to Jay-Z, Snoop Dogg, OutKast, No Limit Records, Cash Money Records, Erykah Badu, The Fugees, KRS-One, Dead Prez, Three 6 Mafia, 8Ball & MJG, UGK, R. Kelly, Bootsy Collins, George Clinton, James Brown, The Temptations, Smokey Robinson, Gorillaz and Danger Mouse.
In return, Dizzee was featured on the track "Two Type of Bitches" along with Pimpin' Ken on UGK's 2007 album Underground Kingz.

Following positive reviews on the site, Speedy was then contacted by Tupac Shakur producer and DJ "Assassin" and DJ Hackavelli to produce for a in an upcoming Tupac Shakur, CD "The Way He Wanted It Vol 2" At the same time he was sought out by Jive records to produce for platinum rap group UGK.
