Giussani has co-founded two Internet companies: Tinet, in 1995, the first Internet service provider in the Italian-speaking part of Switzerland (then sold to Swissonline/Cablecom), and Tinext, in 2000, a software firm with offices in Switzerland and Italy, of which he is Vice-Chairman.
Cablecom operates in Switzerland, including the cities of Zurich, Geneva, Basel, Berne, Lausanne, Lucerne and Winterthur, and Vorarlberg (Austria) serving 1.56 million cable television customers, as well as approximately 250 smaller broadband cable operators.
