Allan Kwartler

Kwartler was chairman of the AFLA's (predecessor to the current USFA) Metropolitan Division (1958–60) and AFLA national secretary (1960–63).

George Masin

As an administrator, he has served at various times as a member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the USFA Metropolitan Division, a member of the USFA National Board of Directors, a Vice President of the USFA, an Executive Vice President of the USFA, a member of various USF national committees and commissions, and on the bout committee of various National Championships, Junior Olympics, and North American Circuit competitions.

The United States Fire Administration (USFA) is a division of the Federal Emergency Management Agency which in turn is managed by the Department of Homeland Security located in unincorporated Frederick County, Maryland, near Emmitsburg.

The USFA manages the National Emergency Training Center (NETC) in Emmitsburg, Maryland on a campus acquired from Saint Joseph College in March 1979.
