Outside of the USA, Falletta first guest-conducted the Ulster Orchestra in August 2010, and returned for further concerts in January 2011.
Abroad, he has performed with the Seoul Philharmonic, the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra, l'Orchestra del Maggio Musicale Fiorentino, the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic, the Ulster Orchestra, the National Symphony Orchestra of Ireland, the Naples Philharmonic Orchestra and the Asian Youth Orchestra.

On May 20, 2009, Grosvenor made his debut with the Ulster Orchestra, conductor Kenneth Montgomery, at the National Concert Hall, Dublin where he played Grieg.
His professional orchestral experience also includes playing in concerts and BBC TV & Radio recordings with the Ulster Orchestra, The London Pops Orchestra, Opera Australia, he has played in West-End Shows and has toured with Nigel Kennedy.
