KOXO-LD is a low-power television station in Newberg, Oregon, broadcasting locally on digital channel 44 as an affiliate of UniMás.
In the early 1990s, WEHS (channel 60, then-owned by the Home Shopping Network, now UniMás owned-and-operated station WXFT-DT) tried to buy WJYS.
Other television station in the 60-69 channels is the full power once The WB-affiliate KKWB (and then TeleFutura-affiliate, now UniMás-affiliate KTFN) that is broadcast in channel 65.
KDTF affiliated with Telefutura, the forerunner to UniMás, sometime in 2006, after talks reportedly broke down with sister station and former UPN affiliate XHUPN (now XHDTV-TV and part of MyNetworkTV).
KNIC-DT replaced KNIC-CA, which formerly broadcast on channel 17 as the Telefutura station (as UniMás was known before 2013).
This acquisition made both KREN and KAZR/KRNS sisters to former Univision affiliate KNVV-LP (Channel 41, which switched to TeleFutura now UniMás around the same time).
KTVW-DT also operates the UniMás station for the Phoenix market on low-powered KFPH-CD (channel 35), which broadcasts on full-powered KFPH-DT (channel 13) in Flagstaff (also a part of the Phoenix market), giving it "must-carry" broadcast station status on satellite providers DirecTV and Dish Network.
It will be broadcast on ABC, UniMas and streamed to mobile and tablet devices via Watch ABC as well as Xbox One consoles via it's live TV functionality.
