The Myanmar Brewery Limited is a joint venture between UMEHL and the Singapore-run Fraser and Neave Ltd (under a 15-year joint venture agreement), which has since been taken over by Thai companies controlled by Charoen Sirivadhanabhakdi, who owns Thai Beverage.
