Prior to that, she received a Master of Arts, General Studies in Education from Tufts and a Licenciada en Ciencias Pedagógicas and Licenciada en Psicopedagogía degrees from the Universidad de Belgrano.
He taught as Professor of the History of Institutions at his alma mater's Law School between 1963 and 1976, and Contemporary History Professor at the private University of Belgrano between 1967 and 1986.

He studied in yeshivot (rabbinical seminaries) Ateret Chafetz and Chaim Tzvi, and in the Law and Social Sciences faculty of the University of Belgrano, in Buenos Aires, Argentina, where he served as an assistant professor of public international law.
They were conducted by Claudio Rosemffet from the University of Belgrano (Argentina), Pablo Cuello from de University of Buenos Aires and Fernando Speranza from de University of El Salvador, with the main purpose to connect the companies of the Mercosur (Southern Common Market), a Regional Trade Agreement (RTA) among Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay, founded in 1991.
