Mano Wijeyeratne

Mano Wijeyeratne had three children Subodhana (a MA graduate in History from Cambridge University and Japanese Studies from the School of Oriental and African Studies, UK), Varanusha (died at an early age), and Hasitha (a BSc graduate in Diagnostic Radiography from the University of Hertfordshire, UK).

University of Hertfordshire

Graduates and diplomates are presented to The Marquess of Salisbury in front of the ceremonial mace and in the presence of the Vice-Chancellor, Deans, academic faculty, graduates and their families.

The £120-million de Havilland campus opened in September 2003 and is situated within 15 minutes walk of College Lane, and is built on a former BAe site.

Marty St James (born 1954) is a British performance artist and Professor of Fine art in the School Art and Design at the University of Hertfordshire, he is perhaps best known nationally and internationally, for his portrait of Olympic swimmer Duncan Goodhew: The Swimmer – commissioned in 1990 by the National Portrait Gallery and recently migrated to new digital formats.

Mike Pittilo

Pittilo worked in research and education for most of his adult life, holding a number of positions at universities throughout the United Kingdom, notably as Foundation Dean of the Faculty of Health and Social Care Sciences at Kingston University and St George's, University of London, and as Pro Vice-Chancellor of the University of Hertfordshire.
