Henry Aaron Stern (Unterreichenbach, near Gelnhausen, 11 April 1820 - Hackney, 13 May 1885) was an Anglican missionary and captive in Abyssinia.
The SS service medals were manufactured by two firms Deschler of Munich and Petz & Lorenz of Unterreichenbach.
He died in Unterreichenbach and was succeeded by his son Charles William Frederick, called "The Wild Margrave".
