FC Kolos Ustye was founded in 1989 in Ustye, Vitebsk Voblast, and until 1991 it was playing in Belarusian SSR league.
Other roads connect Sokol with Kharovsk and Ustye.
On July 15, 1929, the uyezds were abolished, the governorates merged into the Northern Krai, and Ust-Kubinsky District with the administrative center of Ustye was established among others.
Niva Samokhvalovichi changed their name to Niva-Trudovye Rezervy Samokhvalovichi, SKIF-RShVSM Minsk were renamed to AFViS-RShVSM Minsk and Kolos Ustye to Kolos-Stroitel Ustye.
