His biographer, Roland Bainton, credits Cornell in general and Burr in particular with producing historians who populated the history faculties at what were then the women's colleges of Vassar and Wellesley.

Vassar is a few miles southeast on M-15; Reese is a few miles to the north by county roads; I-75 is seven miles west on M-46, and Saginaw is just west of I-75; and Bay City is about 15 miles northwest on M-15.
It was developed by George Sherman Dickinson (1886 - 1964), and is used by many music libraries, primarily those at University at Buffalo, Vassar, and Columbia Universities.
After Richards' death in 1911, Julia Lathrop (1858–1932; VC '80), one of Vassar's most distinguished alumnae, continued to promote the development of an interdisciplinary program in euthenics at the college. Lathrop soon teamed with alumna Minnie Cumnock Blodgett (1862-1931; VC '84), who with her husband, John Wood Blodgett, offered financial support to create a program of euthenics at Vassar College.

She also choreographed ballets for Pacific Northwest Ballet, Richmond Ballet, Jacob's Pillow, Vassar College, NYU Tisch School of the Arts, SUNY Purchase, and others.
Although she went to all the right schools, including Milton Academy in Massachusetts and Vassar in New York, she was restless and adventurous.
