The wind farm has been designed and developed by the IWT (Italian Wind Technology) headed the Danish multinational Vestas.
It consists of 30 Vestas V80-2MW wind turbines with a combined nameplate capacity of 60 MW.
Vestas, the largest wind turbine manufacturer in the world as of 2009, has its North American headquarters in Portland, Oregon.
