Subsequently, in the pilot, Jackie Burkhart says that she has the 45rpm of the song and the song played over the ending scene in which Eric Forman and Donna Pinciotti were lying on the Vista Cruiser.
Directed by Patrick Hoelck, The video starts out with the band members pulling up in a Vista Cruiser car in a vacant parking lot and begin setting up their gear and start playing in front of a supermarket.
After they reach one, the scene abruptly changes to the license plate logo, with "THAT '70s SHOW" written on it, as well as the tag for the year (which is changed to 1980). The credits are exactly the same credits as the pilot episode. The gang rides in Eric's Vista Cruiser and they all sing Todd Rundgren's "Hello It's Me" chorus.
The end credits features the gang in the Vista Cruiser singing the chorus to "Hello It's Me" with Fez singing the lyrics incorrectly.
