Vladan Đorđević (Belgrade, Principality of Serbia November 21, 1844 — Baden bei Wien, Austria, August 31, 1930) was physician, prolific writer, organizer of the State Sanitary Service, and politician who was mayor of Belgrade, Minister of Education, Prime Minister of Serbia and Minister of Foreign Affairs.
