In 1926, she again received a significant infusion of much-needed cash when the famed Kellogg Arabian Ranch in California, owned by breakfast cereal magnate W. K. Kellogg, spent over $80,000 to purchase a number of Crabbet horses.
This airport should not be confused with the W.K. Kellogg Airport in Pomona, California, which operated from 1928 to 1932 and was then the largest privately owned airport in the country.
This was also the location of the W.K. Kellogg Airport (not to be confused with the W. K. Kellogg Airport in Battle Creek, Michigan).
