The picture was taken at the Watergate in Washington, D.C. The black-and-white photo that appears on the back of the album (also by Mochnacz) depicts Harvey naked and wrapped in plastic sheeting.
He worked early in his career with the noted architect I. M. Pei, and was the chief architect for the Italian international real estate developer Società Generale Immobiliare (for whom he helped to successfully build the Watergate complex in the United States).
Later, when Turnbull became executive vice president of National Forest Products Assn, they moved to Washington, D.C., with an apartment at the Watergate complex.
