1958 NSWRFL season

Having been wooden spooners in NSWRFL season 1955, Wests embarked on a massive spending spree to recruit internationals Harry Wells, Kel O'Shea, Arthur Summons, Dick Poole, Darcy Henry and Ian Moir over a five-year period.

Alan Schirnack

With the Wests Tigers missing Bryce Gibbs, Liam Fulton and Gareth Ellis early in 2011, Schirnack made two appearances in the starting team, and a number more from the bench as the season progressed.
