Dietrich Stobbe (March 25, 1938 – February 19, 2011) was a German politician from Weepers, East Prussia.
It is located on the Lubartów plateau, and the Wieprz river valley forms the eastern part of the region and here there are large areas of meadow and pastures, as well as some wetlands.
It is located on a small island, in the middle of the Wieprz river valley.
His army, though composed of units that have been in front-line service for months, became the spearhead of the Polish counter-offensive from the area of lower Wieprz river.
