The Wikimedia Foundation publishes official Wikipedia Apps for using Wikipedia on multiple mobile device operating systems, currently: Android (via Google Play), BlackBerry (via BlackBerry World), iOS (via App Store), Firefox OS (via Firefox Marketplace),and Windows 8 (via Windows Store).
The "Refresh" operation maintains files, settings, and Windows Store apps (but not other desktop applications), while "Reset" performs a clean install of Windows, optionally formatting the hard drive and perform disk wiping.
Out-of-box sideloading support is only available for Windows 8 Enterprise computers that have joined a Windows domain.
