The next year however, he once again entangled with the troops of the Saxon renegade Wichmann the Younger, fighting over the island of Wolin on the Baltic coast.
But he continued to keep a watchful eye over the Baltic, and in 1170 destroyed another pirate stronghold, farther eastward, at Dziwnów on the isle of Wolin.
When Wolin was destroyed several times by Danes, the diocese was moved to Cammin (also Kammin, now Kamien Pomorskie); this bishopric became known as the Roman Catholic Diocese of Kammin.
A Pomeranian diocese was set up in Wolin, the see was later moved to Cammin.
