Yas

Yas, who raps in Persian, states he was heavily influenced as a young man by Tupac Shakur albums brought back to Iran by his father, as well as Iran's culture of poetry.

Yas-e No

Saeed Mortazavi, Tehran's general prosecutor, announced that he had ordered the ban because of a request by the High Council of National Security.
