Sorangel Matos Arce (born in Yaviza (Darien), Panamá on November 8, 1977) is a Panamenian beauty pageant titleholder.
There is currently no paved road connecting through the region to Yaviza, Panama, where the highway continues through Central and North America.
It has a population of 1,611 and is the main cultural center of the Panamanian side of the Darién Gap.

The road network extends from Prudhoe Bay, Alaska, and Anchorage, Alaska, in the extreme northwest, to Sydney, Nova Scotia, Cartwright, Newfoundland and Labrador, Blanc Sablon and Natashquan, Quebec, in the extreme east, all the way to Yaviza, Panama, in the extreme south.
