Ydrissa M'Barke (born March 30, 1983 in Rouen, France) is a French athlete who specialises in the 400 meters.
Panel competed for the men's 4×400 m relay at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, along with his teammates Teddy Venel, Richard Maunier, and Ydrissa M'Barke.
