Caz! is a Dutch commercial radio station that started on April 18, 2006 at 06.00 using the frequencies formerly used by Yorin as Yorin FM.
In the auctioning off of FM radio frequencies called ZeroBase, Holland Media Group acquired a lot allowing them to broadcast a popular music station virtually nationwide; this station was called Yorin FM with its most notable DJs being Rob Stenders, Robert Jensen and Henk Westbroek.

The Yorin station was a spin-off of the first commercial Veronica television channel, which was a joint venture (called Holland Media Groep) between the Vereniging Veronica and RTL, owners of RTL 4 and RTL 5.

With its pan-European NRJ/ENERGY stations, the Paris-based NRJ Group has challenged the European radio market by being significantly different from diversifying market players like the Luxembourg-based RTL Group (Antenne Bayern, RTL Berlin, Yorin FM), and SBS Broadcasting (Radio 1 Norway, The Voice) or Stockholm-based MTG (P4 Norway, Rix FM, Lugna Favoriter).
When Yorin was bought by SBS the name changed into Caz! and the format of the station changed, upon which Rob Stenders decided to quit.
