Youssef Chahine

During his long career Chahine produced different movies, including the famous Aly Badrakhan's Chafika et Metwal.

In one of his films The Sixth Day اليوم السادس, an adaptation of a novel written in French by Lebanese writer André Chedid, the famous Egyptian singer Dalida was the protagonist in the role of a poor Egyptian woman.

In 1998, he launched the program Sebii Elfounoun in which he conducted many interviews related to the Carthage Film Festival, including Youssef Chahine, Yahya El Fakharani, Hichem Rostom and Mohamed Zran.
