Producers Ib Tardini and Vibeke Windeløv together with managing director Peter Aalbæk Jensen received a Bodil Honorary Award for their work in Zentropa.
In 2009, Adrian was included in a pool of eight writer directors as part of the filmmakers collective Advance Party II - the successor to Sigma Films and Zentropa’s Advance Party which produced Andrea Arnorld’s Cannes Jury Prize winning feature film Red Road, and Morag McKinnon’s Rounding Up Donkeys.
She then made headlines by landing the title role in Zentropa's sexually explicit romantic comedy All About Anna (2005), co-produced by Lars von Trier, for which she won the Scandinavian Adult Award as Best-Selling Scandinavian Star of 2006.
He later wrote and directed two highly unusual hardcore feature films, Constance (1998) and HotMen CoolBoyz (2000), both produced by Lars von Trier's company Zentropa Entertainments based in Denmark.
In the movie Europa by Lars von Trier, a company called Zentropa runs the railway network in which the story unfolds; the company is based on Mitropa, according to the director's commentary on the DVD.
She also appears in the Danish film All About Anna, produced by Lars von Trier's Zentropa, where she performed explicit and unsimulated oral sex on mainstream actress/singer Gry Bay; in a twist typical of Zentropa films, she is the only porn star in the film's cast, yet stands out as she does not appear nude in the film (only Gry Bay is undressed during their sex scene).
