Arpad later claimed that Mészáros helped his father obtain cuttings of Zinfandel.

Embracing more than 800 acres of foothill land in Yolo County at the eastern edge of the Sacramento Valley, the Orleans Vineyard was planted to Johannisberg Riesling, Zinfandel, Feher Szagos, Early Madeleine, Folle Blanche, Burger, West’s White Prolific (also known as French Colombard), and Black Burgundy grapes.
