Izegrim is a Dutch, female-fronted thrashmetal band, with deathmetal influences, from Zutphen, Netherlands.
The Baronetcy of Slingsby of Scriven was created firstly on 23 October 1628 for Anthony Slingsby, Governor of Zutphen, Netherlands.
Having been fortified the town withstood several sieges, specially during the wars of freedom waged by the Dutch against Spain, the most celebrated fight under its walls being the Battle of Zutphen in September 1586 when Sir Philip Sidney was mortally wounded.
The Battle of Zutphen was fought on 22 September 1586, near the village of Warnsveld and the town of Zutphen, Netherlands, during the Eighty Years' War.
The tradition is alive and has moved with the times – new stones are still commissioned, and for instance the Rabobank at Frederiksplein 54 in Amsterdam wistfully commemorates the introduction of the euro with a stone entitled De eerste en de laatste gulden (The first and the last guilder), created by Zutphen sculptor Hans 't Mannetje.
But the HSM also exploited lines to other regions, such as Utrecht (where it connected to lines of the SS), Zutphen (past cities as Amersfoort and Apeldoorn) and Nijmegen.
Baudartius College, a Christian secondary school in Zutphen, is named after him.
There used to be lines going in 5 directions: Arnhem, Zutphen, Bocholt (Germany), Borken (Germany) and Neede.
