The arnis tournament at the 2005 Southeast Asian Games was held on December 1, 2005 to December 4, 2005 at the Emilio Aguinaldo College Gymnasium in Ermita, Manila.
It also promoted the Masters of Arnis tour in Australia that featured Christopher Ricketts, Antonio Diego, Edgar Sulite, and Rey Galang.
Capt. Teodosio organized and founded Black Scorpion Arnis International in his hometown of Balete, Aklan, Philippines in 1969, and was formalized and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission and Department of Trade and Industry on November 10, 1982.
He gained exposure in 1986 from a project called "Masters of Arnis", which also featured Rey Galang, Antonio Diego and Edgar Sulite.
In 1755, he was appointed preacher (prediger) in Arnis, Schleswig; in 1758 in Sarau; and in 1759 in Altona.
He is a member of the Modern Arnis Senior Masters Council and one of a handful of Modern Arnis practitioners worldwide to be promoted to Lakan Walo (8th degree black belt) by the Remy Presas.
