Box lacrosse

The rebirth of professional box lacrosse in the United States came on March 13, 1986, with the formation of the Eagle Pro Box Lacrosse League, which was incorporated by Russ Cline and Chris Fritz.

During the 2003 NLL season, goaltender Ginny Capicchioni appeared in two preseason and one regular season game to become the only woman to make an appearance in the National Lacrosse League.


2004–05 Victoria Salmon Kings season
