As a youngster, Cellini worked at Rex's Cigar Store as a dice/craps casino dealer and croupier with singer Dean Martin, then known as Dean (Dino) Crocetti.
As of 1985 he was a craps table croupier at Resorts International’s Paradise Island Casino.
Ng was a participant in the King of Vegas television series on SpikeTV, and featured in the second series of British game show Casino as the poker croupier.
