PlanetPol is a ground based, high sensitivity polarimeter based at the William Herschel Telescope.
Planned instruments include a vector polarimeter at the Advanced Technology Solar Telescope slated to be built in the 20-teens, and the HMI instrument aboard the Solar Dynamics Observatory, launched in February 2010.
