Direcţia Generală de Protecţie şi Anticorupţie (General Directorate for Protection and Anti-corruption, DGPA; known before as Serviciul Intern de Protecţie şi Anticorupţie- Internal Service for Protection and Anti-corruption, SIPA) was the secret service of the Ministry of Justice of Romania.
As a visiting scholar at the School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA) Columbia University in 1996-97, she co-founded the Center for International Conflict Resolution.
In the Philippines the sport was called "sipa" and along with traditional martial arts survived the three century Spanish colonization.
Société Industrielle Pour l’Aéronautique (SIPA) was a French aircraft manufacturer established in 1938 by Émile Dewoitine after his previous company, Avions Dewoitine, was nationalized the year before.
SIPA started off with just three employees, whereas today it has over 850 employees working in 11 organizational units at the headquarters of the agency and in 4 regional offices- in Sarajevo, Tuzla, Banja Luka, Mostar.
Since 2002, USC Troy Philippines, in collaboration with Filipino organizations from other universities, played an integral part in the planning of SIPA’s Annual Halloween event – which provided a safe and festive Halloween environment for more than 200 Historic Filipinotown youth.
