The band Fotomaker was formed in 1978 by bassist Gene Cornish and drummer Dino Danelli, former members of the 1960s group The Rascals (a/k/a "The Young Rascals").

In 1997, Gene Cornish and Dino Danelli, along with former Rascals bandmates Felix Cavaliere and Eddie Brigati, were inducted into the Rock-n-Roll Hall of Fame.

Gary has performed and/or recorded with various artists including: Elton John, Phil Collins, The Rascals, Idina Menzel and many more.
With Kane on vocals and lead guitar, Mighall on drums and Joe Edwards on bass guitar and occasional backing vocals, they formed The Rascals.
In 2008, the group performed on a live video recording, New Rascals Reloaded with Eddie Brigati, and on a digital audio recording titled New Rascals LEGENDS, covering songs of the Young Rascals (also known simply as the Rascals), such as Groovin' and Good Lovin'.
The Yellow Payges - now comprising Hortter (lead vocals, harmonica), Ham (lead guitar), Barnes (bass) and Gorman (drums) - continued to release singles, and played the Hollywood Bowl as support to Eric Burdon and the Animals, the Rascals and Tommy James and the Shondells.
The Rascals have a small role in the upcoming film Awaydays playing an Echo & the Bunnymen cover, Miles has several lines such as "Sorry, I have to help the guys with the gear..."
