The School of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Glasgow is one of six veterinary schools in the United Kingdom, and offers undergraduate and postgraduate qualifications in Veterinary Medicine.
The School of Veterinary Medicine which was founded in 1970 as a distant school of Ankara University Elazığ, still continues to be one of the best veterinary schools in the country.
The GKT teams also take part in the United Hospitals Cup, which is a sporting competition played between the medical, dental and veterinary schools of London in all sports.
