Classical music in Kosovo

Prior to any developments of classical music in Kosovo there were amateur activities preceding them that set the environment for later developments, such as the activities of the wind orchestra "Bashkimi" in Skopje, the wind orchestra of Gjakova led by Palok Kurti, the boarding school "Kosova" in Krumë, the fanfare band "Kosova" in Kukës and the Albanian Catholic Church in Prizren.

Triggshire

Triggshire Wind Orchestra, an amateur orchestra for wind players primarily from Sir James Smith's School, Wadebridge School, Budehaven School, however some students from Bodmin College and Launceston College also attend.

Vaucluse College

Students of Vaucluse were also able to participate in a range of additional activities including three choirs (Vaucluse College Choir, Senior College Choir & Madrigal Group), Vaucluse Debating Team, Wind Orchestra, Tennis and Taekwondo.
