The 2012 BIIF Champions were the Kealakehe High School Waveriders (7-0; 10-2) for Division I and the Konawaena High School Wildcats (9-1; 11-2) for Division II.

Konawaena lost to the Lahainaluna Lunas (MIL Division II) in the first round of the Division II tournament.

In the post season HHSAA Championship, Kealakehe went on to lose to the Leilehua Mighty Mules (OIA Red) in the first round.
