He appeared as an actor in numerous stage productions, including the west-coast tour of Barefoot in the Park, directed by Jerry Paris, the original West coast production of Shay by Anne Commire, and A. R. Gurney's Love Letters with Stephanie Zimbalist.
He appeared in Erland Josephsons play Blomsterplockarna ("The Flower Pickers") at Dramaten in 2006-2007, and he is currently performing the part of Andrew in A.R. Gurneys play Kärleksbrev (Love Letters) at Dramaten, opposite Anita Björk (Lilla scenen; March–April 2009).
Later NYCO assignments included Adalgisa in Norma, Bradamante in Alcina, Smeton in Anna Bolena, and leading roles in the Central Park trilogy (which consists of Deborah Drattell and Wendy Wasserstein's The Festival of Regrets, Michael Torke and A.R. Gurney's Strawberry Fields, and Robert Beaser and Terrence McNally's The Food of Love).
Their sixth nomination that year was for Outstanding Costume Design (Rebecca Cunningham) for their production of What I Did Last Summer by A.R. Gurney.
