The nuraghe Losa (in Sardinia, close to the village of Abbasanta) is a complex prehistoric building in the shape of a tholos tomb.
The most famous among the numerous existing nuraghe, which have been included in the UNESCO Heritage List, are the Su Nuraxi at Barumini, Santu Antine at Torralba, Nuraghe Losa at Abbasanta, Palmavera (Alghero), Genna Maria at Villanovaforru, Santa Cristina at Paulilatino.
Paulilatino borders the following municipalities: Abbasanta, Bauladu, Bonarcado, Fordongianus, Ghilarza, Santu Lussurgiu, Solarussa, Villanova Truschedu, Zerfaliu.
Santu Lussurgiu borders the following municipalities: Abbasanta, Bonarcado, Borore, Cuglieri, Norbello, Paulilatino, Scano di Montiferro, Seneghe.
This freeway is connected to the Strada statale 131 Charles Felix, it links Abbasanta (a village near Oristano) with Olbia, via Nuoro, crossing the hinterland mountainous regions of the island.
