Parallel to his activity as a classic musician, and as his interest for film music grew stronger, he spent four years studying under film music composers of Spain, such as Antón García Abril, Carmelo Bernaola and José Nieto.
Anton Garcia Abril has composed as many orchestral works as he has chamber and vocal pieces, and he has composed music for movies and television series such as El Hombre y la Tierra, Fortunata y Jacinta, Anillos de oro, El perro, Segunda ensenanza, Brigada Central, Ramon y Cajal, and Compuesta y sin novio.
Born in Pasaia (Guipuzcoa, Spain) in 1968, he is A Top Graduate for the Top Conservatoire of Music of San Sebastian and Top Graduate in Orchestral Conducting, as well as in Composition for the Real High Conservatoire of Music of Madrid, studying between others with Francisco Escudero and Antón García Abril.

He studied composition under Antón García Abril, Román Alís, Rodolfo Halffter and Carmelo Bernaola at the conservatories of Barcelona and Madrid, and then, with a grant from the Spanish Ministry for Foreign Affairs for studying at the Spanish Fine Arts Academy in Rome, he attended the classes in composition given by Franco Donatoni at the Accademia di Santa Cecilia.
