Played on a copy by Henning Aschauer of an early 19th-century instrument built either by J. G. Staufer or by Anton Mitteis, at present in the Musical Instrument Collection of the Prussian Cultural Heritage Foundation and on the 1824 Conrad Graf pianoforte from the Beethoven House in Bonn.
Furthermore, renowned Beethoven researchers were dedicated a separate exhibition, like for example diplomat and Beethoven biographer Alexander Wheelock Thayer (1817–1897) in 2010 on the 100th anniversary of the publication day of the last volume of his Beethoven biography in 1911, or Max Unger (2000).
The Signum Quartet have appeared in concert in Madrid, Basel, Paris, Berlin, Amsterdam, from the Hamburger Laeiszhalle, the Liederhalle Stuttgart, the Philharmonie Essen and the Beethoven-Haus Bonn to the Schleswig-Holstein Music Festival, the Rheingau Music Festival and the Festival Aix-en-Provence.
