The building was purchased by a syndicate of people and there are currently 600 owners including noted actors, writers and performers: Robyn Archer, Gillian Armstrong, Peter Carey, Ruth Cracknell, Judy Davis, Mel Gibson, Max Gillies, Dorothy Hewett, Nicole Kidman, Sam Neill, Dame Joan Sutherland, Patrick White, David Williamson, Neil Armfield, Mike Willesee, Colin Friels, and Gwen Plumb.
She was a producer and performer for the 2004 Ride On Theatre sell out season of LOVEPLAY at the Downstairs Belvoir Street Theatre, and the 2006 Green Room nominated production of Debris (in which she was also nominated for best actress).
He received the New South Wales Performing Arts Scholarship in 1991; assisted Neil Armfield on the production of Diary of A Madman with Geoffrey Rush at Belvoir St Theatre; directed and acted internationally: Australia, Poland, Japan, Korea, Italy.
Holloway's plays have been performed across Australia and internationally, including "Beyond the Neck" at Belvoir St Theatre (2007), "Red Sky Morning" at Red Stitch Theatre (2008-9) and regional tour, and "Don't Say The Words" (2009) and "And No More Shall We Part" (2011) at Griffin Theatre Company, Sydney, and Hampstead Theatre, London.
