Ben Scotti

He is the brother of media mogul Tony Scotti, with whom he co-produced a few television programs, most notably the lifeguard drama Baywatch, and also co-founded the Scotti Bros. record label which released music by artists such as Survivor and "Weird Al" Yankovic until the label was dissolved in the mid-1990s.

In 1963, Scotti received brief national attention when the weekend after the assassination of President John F. Kennedy he precipitated a fight with teammate John Mellekas that sent Mellekas to the hospital.

Rock 'n Roll Records

Rock 'n Roll Records was a subsidiary record label under Scotti Brothers Records (sometimes spelled Scotti Bros. Records), which was a California-based record label founded by Tony and Ben Scotti.

In 1974, Scotti, along with older brother Ben, formed Ben Scotti Productions, a music marketing firm.
