She accompanies the Doctor (David Tennant) on a trip organised by Titanics resident historian, Mr Copper (Clive Swift), teleporting with some Titanic passengers down to Earth where she and the Doctor meet Wilfred Mott (Bernard Cribbins).
Bernard Cribbins appeared as a recurring character in the 2007 Christmas Special and the 2008 series of the Doctor Who television series as Wilfred Mott, a patriotic newspaper salesman who is the grandfather of the companion Donna Noble.
