Almost a Woman is a 2001 made-for-television film, directed by Betty Kaplan and based on the autobiographical book of the same name by Puerto Rican writer Esmeralda Santiago.
With Touht he opened a multidisciplinary academy with dancing and languages training directed by Touht herself and other Venezuelan professionals such as Anita Vivas, Antonio Drijas and Betty Kaplan.
Continuing to live and work in Argentina, he starred in Betty Kaplan's adaptation of Chilean writer Isabel Allende's Of Love and Shadows (1995), and to his film credits were added those in the local theatre, notably his work in a local, 1996-98 production of Samuel Beckett's Waiting for Godot (directed by his wife).
