In "The Education of Jaime Sommers" episode of Bionic Woman, Tom Gilchrist (played by Jordan Bridges) notes "One of my favorite comic books was The Freedom Fighters. There was a character called The Human Bomb" -- and pulls back his tuxedo jacket to reveal explosives strapped to his body.
He has also appeared in the television series Bionic Woman, the television movies Confessions of a Go-Go Girl and Holiday in Handcuffs, and in the film Leslie, My Name is Evil, which premiered at the 2009 Toronto International Film Festival.
Anderson and Martin E. Brooks (as Dr. Rudy Wells) are among the few actors to portray the same characters in two different television series running concurrently on two different networks, when Bionic Woman was moved to a rival network, NBC, in the fall of 1977.
